When do I file 1-130 for my daughter if I am permanent resident?

Mu daughters are 17 and 14 years old i changed my stated to permanent resident and I want to give my both daughters the green card before its too late when is the right time to file it?

Hello, Now that you are a legal permanent resident you can file for your daughters' green cards immediately as it can take up to 4-5 years before they can receive it.
