When do I send off our I485 and other documents?

More details to this question:
My husband and I are married for 1 year now. He applied for my green card on July 2016. He only sent off I130 to USCIS which send it to a service center. It’s been there for 210 days and we don't hear of anything.

Ordinarily when a foreign national who entered the U.S. lawfully and with inspection becomes married to a U.S. citizen, the couple jointly files both Forms I-130 and I-485. I presume that you and your husband had an important reason for not doing that last July. A full understanding of that reason, as well as further details about you and your husband (including, for example, your and his immigration-related application history) would be needed in order to advise about filing the I-485 application package at this time.
