More details to this question:
My father is in the United States. He applied for immigrant visa in green card for me when I was unmarried in March 2003. He got citizenship on 2007. I got married 2009. I received interview letter after my marriage then I updated my status. They replied that they changed my status unmarried to married and no visa at this time. They said our priority date will be 2003 M arch.

Your marriage changed your visa classification from F1 [Adult unmarried son of a US citizen] to F3 [married son of a US citizen] Your priority date is therefore moved further back and a visa will not be current for you [ as would have been if you remained unmarried]. There is about 4 year difference in visa availability between the F1 and F3 visa categories. So, it appears you might wait for a while before visas become available in your new category. If it is of any consolation, when visas become available, your new wife will be able to emigrate with you

Check the State Department's visa Bulletin for the FB-3 category. When your Priority Date is going to be current in the following month get active and inquire on your case. In the meantime be sure you notify NVC at least once a year and more often If you or the Petitioner moves to make sure they know about you, where you reside and that you still want to go forward.

What is your country of birth as that may also determine when the priority date will become current. Let me know and I will be able to tell you how you can track it.

You are in the third preference category. Go to the visa bulletin at the State Department webpage. There you can see if your visa will take more time or not. It depends on your country of origin.

If you are from any other country other than Mexico or Philippines then your priority date is current and you should contact the NVC (if you outside the US) to process your immigrant visa. If you are from Mexico or Philippines then you will have to wait a few more years before you can immigrate.
