Where can I complaint about a green card resident?

More details to this question:
My husband is citizen of Afghanistan. He is a resident for (SIV) Green card. I am citizen of Uzbekistan. Three months ago, he went to the US. He left me alone. He does not answer to my messages and calls and does not to do visa for me. I cannot do visa myself because I am housewife and does not have money. After he went to the US, our family relations began to ruin. He has changed a lot and many other reasons. Please help me. Please give me advice where I can appeal to and what documents I must give. May I complaint to Immigration Server? Please help me to save my family.

If your husband is a US permanent resident, and he left you behind when he traveled to the US, there is nothing you can do about it. You cannot force him to bring you with him or file for any visa or a green card for you. He can file for divorce if he so decides and you cannot stop him. Unfortunately, that's life and if he changed his mind about being with you, he does have that right - just like you have the right to divorce him, for example. No government can force your husband to bring you to the US. Sorry.
