where is my physical file ?

Because the us embassy is closed in yemen, I request transfer my case to cairo,and the embassy send me this: ((Please note that we received your file electronically at post, we would like to schedule your case for an interview as soon as possible, please inform us when you have arrived in Egypt and provide us with your contact information so that we can contact you to schedule an appointment. ))   SO, i request again to transfer my case from cairo to Djibouti, and my case become ready at Djibouti but I did not get appointment yet. I send alot of emails to embassy to shedule my interview, and i get respond says that: ((((Good afternoon, I just looked up your case.  We have received your electronic files, but are awaiting your physical file.  Once we receive the physical file, we will schedule the case for an interview.))) MY question is my physical case at nvc or still at cairo. THANKS
