I asked asylum in 2015, at the us border i was pregnant and they release me with a 3 month period the first time i apply for my EAD it was denied because my perole document was over, and my attorney fill my I-589 and sent it directly to the court where i've been detained, after 150 days he fill my EAD form and uscis denied my case the letter said that under the title 8 code of federal Part 208.7a.12 c(8) you filler for asylum november 18 however the immigration judge stopped the application processing clock, 180 days have not elapsed, records can only be changed by an asylum officer or IJ. First i wanna know 1-why my attorney do not know if the IJ who receive my case starting the clock et the moment of receive 2- did i have to wait 9 month long again after spending two year wating for EAD 3- if the judge do not start the oclock it is not my fault my attorney sent it on time please what should i do. I need other experienced lawyer advice, please.
