Will a closed medical neglect case affect my application for naturalization?

I am going to apply for my citizenship soon however I had already closed medical neglect case of my child from CPS which they investigated and eventually closed the case and ruled out since there was no neglect at all. They send me a form for removal of role information from the system. I had been a good resident for the past 7 years except for this closed case from CPS. I am very concerned since I worked so hard all these years being a good citizen and a good parent and will just all go to waste for a made up lie about neglect.
