I am employed. The 485 dates were current for the last 7 months. If I have an IRS levy on me, will it affect my green card processing?

A civil proceeding for taxes owed would have no effect. If criminal charges are filed it could affect your green card. If you have a repayment agreement with IRS you should be fine. If not you should consult someone to help you work that out.
