Hi asking for advice, i petitioned my mom I-130 visa and is now waiting for visa interview. My husband is the primary dependent since I'm a stay at home mom but he stopped working and is on a disability. Will it affect her? Should we seek another affidavit of support?

Yes. You should find a joint sponsor to complete an affidavit of support and take that affidavit with the sponsors tax transcripts to your interview appointment.
