Will I be able to get my immigration-related documents from my legal guardian?

I am 17 years old and working a part time job. I am a legal resident of 50 states of USA and I have been here for more than 2 years now. My father seems like he does not want to give me my documentations. He is planning to go back to our home country for a "visit" but I am really worried about it because he has been threatening on sending me back there for good just because I haven't been following what he wants me to do. I am worried that if I don't get my papers, he might keep it and leave me in our home country when we visit and I wont be able to go back to USA anymore.
