Will I be allowed back into the country with a misdemeanor?

More details to this question:
Back in 2008 I plead guilty to accessory after the fact to 2nd degree assault which I served 9 months and 2 year probation for now that five years have passed would I be able to return if I leave the country?

The immigration consequences for criminal convictions are very technical.  It would be inappropriate for an attorney to try and advise you about them in such an informal setting as this.  You should hired a lawyer to review your case in detail and provide you written legal advice specific to your situation before you travel.
