My wife and I recently separated after a domestic violence incident where she was arrested. I want to get a divorce but will I be deported, she is my sponsor and I filled but not yet received my working permit or green card?

You will not necessarily be deported but you will not be able to obtain a green card based upon the petition your wife filed.
