Will I be in trouble in applying for a green card because I am not allowed to work before?

More details to this question:
I have student visa and I got social security number from the school and I worked outside the campus by using it. Now I'm married and my wife has green card so will I have any trouble to apply for the green card because I'm not allowed to work or not?

Yes, unauthorized employment could make you ineligible for an adjustment of status to permanent residence. If your spouse is eligible for naturalization, she should apply ASAP as marriage to a US citizen will cure the issue.

Employment without authorization is a bar to adjustment of status unless you are the immediate relative of a United States citizens, including spouses. It's best that you do not apply for adjustment of status until your spouse becomes a naturalization citizen.

It could be an issue. If you wait until your wife is a citizen it would typically not be an issue.
