Will I have a problem if I have a six months gap visit?

More details to this question:
I Have been in U.S. under B1/B2 visa on twice occasion first on July 2011 to September 2011 and second in march 2013 to September 2013 and now I am planning again to visit U.S. on March 2014 after gap of six months so I would like to know that will it be okay for me at POE that I visit after six months gap in U.S. or it might be problem because of my lengthy stay in past. My U.S. visa is valid until august 2014.

Perhaps. The more you are here the higher the burden to show you will return and your ties overseas. You are presumed to be an immigrant and must rebut that presumption with job and other information of your overseas connections.

You never know when there might be a problem with an officer at the POE. They have discretion to cause anyone and everyone a problem. There are no hard and fast rules about multiple visits to America.
