Will It Be Hard For My husband to get his papers?

More details to this question:
My husband or should I say boyfriend, we are not married yet but we are by the end of this year, We have a 1 year old daughter together. After we get married I want to fix his papers, he has a very clean background no DUI's, no Criminal Background, Etc. So far the only thing he has are tickets but he paid them all on time, Will that affect anything? He came to the U.S by airplane is that considered Illegal?

If he entered the US with a valid passport in his real name, he can apply for permanent residence at the same time you file a visa petition for him as your husband. Otherwise, he should consult an immigration attorney.
