Will my age affect the ability to get my papers?

More details to this question:
my dad had an accident and we got the opportunity to get our papers fixed my mother father and i. i was 16 when we put in our visa to work application about 3 when i was 16 years old now im 19 and we will be putting in our residency applications will my age affect the ability to get my papers

Hello: Yes, once you turn 21 years old, you will fall under another preference. It should be done right away and done correctly.

No, since you filed the application and was approved before you reached the age of 18. Under the child protection act, you are protected.

If you are still under 21 years of age, you would still qualify for derivative beneficiary status.

You need to provide more information about the basis of submitting your paperwork for permanent residence. Are you filing as children of a US citizen? Some other family-based classification? Employment-based? Please clarify.
