Will my B2 visa be void if my I-539 is approved after I-94 expires?

More details to this question:
I've filed my I-539 6 on Jun 5 but my I-94 will expire on Jul 27. Will my 10 year multiple entry B2 visa be void if the I-539 is granted after I-94 expires?
