I had also applied for a travel document since I was scheduled to travel during the application process. I received my travel document as well as my employment authorization card. I traveled out of the country for a week and upon returning to the USA, I failed to present my travel document and instead I presented my A1 visa. I went to my interview this morning and the officer approved our I 130 application but says that the I 485 needs further review because I didn't present my travel document and it means that I abandoned my I 485 application. And that it might get denied. They sent us home saying we should expect a notice within 120 days. I am afraid that they might deny my case and I would have to start all over again. How big of an effect will that cause? Is that ground for denial? Everything else is fine except this issu
