Will my father’s wife be granted a greencard if I file I-130 for my father?

More details to this question:
I am 39 years old and am a US citizen since last year. I plan to file I-130 for my 70 year old father who lives abroad. My mother passed away when I was 32 years old. My father got married after that. Once my father's application gets approved will my father's wife also be granted a visa? Thanks in advance for your help.
The immigration laws only allow sponsorship of the stepparent where the marital relationship was established prior to the petitioner (you) turning the age of 18. In this case, you would have to first immigrate your father, and he could then petition for his wife under the F-2A category for spouses and minor children of lawful permanent residents. There is current visa availability for that category and assuming that it remains so in the future, his wife could conceivably enter the US with her own green card within one year after he obtains his.
