will my previous Naturalization denial effect my new N400 application after five years?

More details to this question:
I got my green card based on marriage to a born US citizen in 2004, and applied for Naturalization 3 years after getting my green card.I applied for Naturalization based on Marriage to a US citizen back in 2009 and was denied because I and my US citizen spouse were not living together at the time of interview, and the officer claimed that I lied on the application that we were living togeter, It was seemed as I lied, becasue of that my Naturalization was denied in Nov 2009.So I got a letter in the mail that my Naturalization was denied because of immoral character ( for lying to the officer under oath in the naturalization interview) in November 2009.and now I have already passed 4 years after N-400 denial and never had any crime or convictiionWill I be able to get approved for Naturalization if I apply after 5 years of being a US resident?, (previous naturalization Interview date was Nov 19th 2009, date of denial)how will my previous denial

You should wait five years after your denial to apply again because they look back five years for good moral character.  Otherwise, the prior denial should not affect approval.
