i petitioned my wife from pakistan to USA in 2019. Interview was held in Aug 2019 at the Interview Interviewer asked for Additional documents and after that u can pick your passport with visa. Documents were Uploaded in next 4 days. But my Wife did not received any call for passport pickup. Now it is 2023 sent many emails also visited many time Congress women office but still nothing. Embassy still has my wife's passport. Will U help to complete the case and How?

Your wife’s case is undoubtedly under administrative review, where reviews can be short or long. It appears that you have done just about everything that you can.
