Would I be able to get a visa to visit the US after I was deported?

More details to this question:
I was deported back in 2007 with a 2nd degree felony due to drugs. I have been working in Mexico ever since. I have a stable job and just wondered if I could get a visa to visit the USA.

It is not likely for you to be granted the waiver you need due to the deportation and the felony conviction.
