Car extended warranty dispute

More details to this question:
I have done all regular maintenance on my car, yet when there is an issue with engine because of no legit fault of mine the warranty company is denying the claim after inconveniencing me for almost 10 days. Do I have right to file a law suit against them. I also feel that the car manufacturer is at fault since there is no indicator light came on until the last minute.

You always have the right to file suit, as wells as the responsibilities of paying the others sides attorney's fees if your wrong.
