Do I have a case?

More details to this question:
I live in an condominium in Miami FL. My entire apartment got flooded with water. that came from the unit below me. The unit ower had his water heater installed incorrectly. Now my entire apartment has mold. With no home owners insurance what should i do?

YOu are probably stuck with paying for the remediation yourself. Adding to this, you may have a difficult time blaming a unit BELOW you for flooing your unit as that would be almost impossible absent the unit below being a basement unit that was fully consumed with water.
