How can I get our assn Pres to divulge where $3.5 Million in assn money came from and where it was all spent? I’m a board member and the President is the only one who has the info and I’ve asked him 2x for details and he ignores me! HELP!

This is an issue to address with the Board Counsel. Otherwise you will likely have to retain an association lawyer at your expense to assist you in securing an audit of the accounting records.
