More details to this question:
I am a new insurance adjuster and was deployed to Florida after Hurricane IAN happened and was asked to watch several adjusters with how they did things, I went with 3 different adjusters and then was told I would be able to have my own claims even though no one showed me how to do a claim from start to finish. I found another firm that said the same thing went with another adjuster for him to show me then got 40 claims, was told to make contact with the insured, and then was never helped again.

and this is an issue - why? If you have concerns that there are violations of adjusting rules or protocol - then you can report this to the HR department or to the Florida Department of Insurance. To be clear, you are there to help the employer - not them to help you. If you cannot handle the job, then let your employer know so they can recall you and deploy someone else, or seek other employment that may be more accomodating.
