Going through a theft claim with Geico, I have been asked duplicate questions by the claims adjuster. I have gone through EUO with a local SIU. After the EUO was completed the SIU told me to turn my keys into the claims adjuster. Long story short before doing the EUO the claims adjuster and the SIU both claimed they have been trying to get a hold of me for weeks! Lies I have not received any calls or message. Two days after the EUO I called the adjuster who states I needed to sign power of attorney and 2-3 other papers and also send the keys in that these papers would arrive via ups on 5/31/16. It's now Wednesday no ups and no papers. I called the adjuster back only to get a voicemail of another geico claims adjuster. I feel I'm being stalled, any advise would help. I need a lawyer. I have more details but I would rather speak to a lawyer a via phone or in person
