More details to this question:
I signed up for health insurance through my employer last may but my payments s were never taken out of my pay check. Now they are taking 350.00 for coverage in 2013 and 350.00 for what they say I owe for 2012. I never submitted a claim. If I had I wonder if they would have payed it or would they say I did not have coverage because of none payment. Do I have any rights here?

call the insurance company and ask them
if they tell you they would not have paid a claim in 2012, you can tell your employer that and tell your employer you don't want to pay for 2012
