My parents are Seniors and they need repairs to their home. When the filed a claim with their National Company, they were told that their roof was too old and was denied after an inspection. When they call the agent and Customer Service to get a copy of this language in their 30-year-old policy, they are now being given the runaround. My parents have lived in this home for over 50 years and at no time they did not have insurance with various upgrades through the years.

This will revolve around when the last time they had a roof replacement and inspection done, the terms of the insurance agreement and the natue of the claim.
