how can i claim property damage on my car?

More details to this question:
As i was driving to work another driver hit my car.She had a stop sign.She does not have car insurance.I have a police report and her information.

If you have collision coverage that will be the easiest route, since collecting directly from an uninsured person is difficult. However you do have recourse through the State.
