How to Defend yourself in Personal Injury Cases

More details to this question:
There is a bodily injury claim against me. The insurance company says they will contact me once a settlement has been reached. They stopped short and I rear ended them. The accident was extremely minor. My airbags didn't even go off. supposedly they have been in treatment for 4 months I feel i'm about to be railroaded.

YOu can let your insurance carrier handle it or hire your own legal counsel at your expense to make sure yourinsurance carrier doesnt screw you.
