My daughter's truck was hit from behind and her truck was totaled. The other driver was from out of state on business and in a rented truck. He was also drunk or on drugs. His company said they would take full responsibility but will not return our phone calls or the calls from our insurance company. It was on Jan 16 when this happen and she has been without a vehicle sense. She also has medical bills that need to be paid.

If the company, the person who caused the accident, and/or their insurance company will not return your phone calls or properly deal with you on this claim, your only recourse would be to file a lawsuit against the driver and his employer, as well as anyone else responsible for the accident. You should probably consult with an experienced attorney in your area to properly advise you on how to handle the filing of a lawsuit.
