I need help resolving a reinstatement of disability insurance

More details to this question:
called my insurance company after I realized payments were not going thru my bank account that was closed after fraud. They had terminated my policy due to lack of payment. They said a letter was sent to my previous address and was returned. I moved in 2000. I found a letter from them at my current address dated June 11th 2014. I have contacted different law offices and 2 of them refused to take this case but urged me to seek representation.

Its simply not a case most lawyers will take on a contingent fee whichi likely the issue. You may have to retain lawyers outof pocket and go from there.
