Can an Insurance Company keep the money that they have been overcharging for the past 10 years? If the Agent misrepresented the Premium amount and I Have been paying a minimum of $1000.00 a year for the past 10 years. How can the keep money that they did not supply services for, and the money was not legally theirs????

This needs to be reviewed by a lawyer to answer the question properly as there ra emnay many issues and questions to be resolved.
