hi my name is grace i had an accident on 4/5/18 and my insurance told me my car was total loss and they state they are reviewing my claim because i did not tell them i had a car accident the previous year with a different insurance company i was't driving that car and it wasn't my car it was my ex-boyfriends car and the claim was settled, they have taken more than 60 days to answer my claim and i call almost daily and all they say is the claim is still being reviewed, also i found out today they have been overcharging me for months by hundreds of dollars i believe i need some assistance to get a response from my insurance company.

You will need to hire a lawyer to handle this. If the accident was someone elses fault, yand you were injured, ou need an injury lawyer. They will often take cases on a contingent fee. Otherwise, you will need to pay for a lwyer out of pocket to intervene and addres this issue.
