More details to this question:
My insurance co refused to pay after the last hurricane because it cost more to rebuild then it did to build in there estimation by 75.00 so they would not pay ,ive all but proven the insurance co to be in bed with my mortgage co wells fargo ,there was a class action suit against this company many years ago and wells fargo stated they new this co.pany had not paid a claim in over 20 years at that time aprox 15 years ago ,said to keep paying ,i took it to heart and lost everything in the hurricanes ,bit by 2 tornatoes ,even fema said the worst they had seen ,to no avail everyone denied my claim and even lost my life long partner and mother of my child due to stress just after this issue ,thus its taken this long to revisit this issue ,are they still within taking matters after ,after this amount of time has past ?

No way to tell in a vacuum. The SOL for most such cases is 4 or 5 years depending on the basis for the claim as a starting point.
