I was rear end and now i can't afford to pay for my car insurance due to the fact it went up after the accident with was not at my fault at all

You need toi find out from your carrier why it went up when ax wasnt your fault. if they wont respond you may need to hire alwyer to help you get asnwers and make complaint with Dept oi Ins.
