Lived there with daughter in law, she took off in July 6 the she vandalized the house and stole all my furniture, and damaged plumbing, a/c stove, gave all info to Ins company , now the want me to take a sworn statement, what are my rights ? It's been since July 6

No way to answer such a question as posed. Bottom line is if its YOUR insurance carrier and you made a claim for the loss - you have an obligation to cooprerate with them.
