More details to this question:
Is the home owners insurance company responsible for the murder of my only child by the negligence of where and how their clients gun is stored. And the fact that an exfelon had access to it and due to that murdered my son shot him in the back at 16 years old on his property after provocking a fight with minors

It is very uncommon for a homeowners liability policy to cover the intentional torts (such as assault and battery) of a homeowner or occupant of a property.  The policy reason is that if persons could insure around their intentional acts, then there would be no disincentive to not commit intentionally bad acts.
