You need to retain an anti-counterfeiting lawyer to prepare a reply letter for you.  The letter would say that you have immediately stop selling the counterfeiting goods,  that you did not know they were counterfeit and that you will not sell these same goods again.  This type of letter will usually resolve the dispute.
