QUESTION

Am I violating someone's intellectual property?

Asked on Jan 10th, 2013 on Patents - Utah
More details to this question:
I own a jewelry company. I received a letter stating that I am in violation of another company's patent and copyright rights in the design of a bracelet on my website. The bracelets look VERY similar. Mine is made silk upholstery cording and theirs is made of actual rope. They both have an anchor shaped clasp. Do I need to discontinue this item?
