QUESTION

Assignment Agreement Too Broad?

Asked on May 21st, 2014 on Intellectual Property - New York
More details to this question:
Passage from the agreement: " I agree to and hereby do irrevocably assign to the company, without further consideration, all of my right, title and interest, including without limitation, all intellectual and industrial property and proprietary rights that currently exist or may exist in the future anywhere in the world ('Rights'), for all purposes, without conditions or limitations." Does this mean intellectual property developed after my term of employment is subject to assignment to the company? I'm afraid to sign this document.

It sounds like there's something missing - like an identification of the subject matter of the assignment.
