More details to this question:
Attorney bought my OEM adobe Software on eBay will I get sued? Please help!? I was selling a NEW OEM Dell copy of adobe acrobat standard 9. It was taken down by eBay last night for being copyrighted as a direct request from adobe due to potential copy infringement??? anyway I relisted it today and in less then a hour of it being on ebay for sale an attorney bought it and payed for it with PayPal. will they sue me for selling it? im thinking of just giving them a FULL REFUND and just canceling the sale? and not shipping it. can they still sue me? what should I do? This is a legal copy that came with my dell laptop it is new and still in the wrapping! I have concern about potential law suit as a result of this incident where I suspect the attorney purchaser was a "spy". Please advise the possibility of law suit in this situation. Thank you!
