can I sell my photo without having a US copyright

I am the photographer of my photos I have probably 10000 of them I have only sold or shown probably 20. my ? is their is a business might want to by some of my photos can I just sign over the copy rights to them without going through the US copyrights?

If you took the photos you are the copyright owner, whether or not you every filed for copyright registration. You do not need to register to transfer your rights.
