More details to this question:
Hi I have a question. I have opened my website recently and someone is posting images in to my website. They are writing whole articles... And posting images with the actual articles. My question is, how can I protect my website from image copyright issues? Can I just add a note on the bottom of my website saying that I am not responsible for images as I am not the one posting the actual article? I have not much experience with such an issues and need your help. Thank you. Greg

Update Your Profile
If it is your website, you are expected to control the web site. YouTube doesn't claim a lack of control even though they make it very easy to post copyright infringing material. You need to be able to exercise control over the content of your site and, if you don't know how to exercise that control, you should take down the site until you figure it out.
