QUESTION

Do I have a case if my idea was stolen?

Asked on Jan 31st, 2013 on Patents - Utah
More details to this question:
At the end of 2011, I have summited a request for provisional patent with a third party. While in the midst of seeking my utility patent, which is currently under view by USPTO, I see my idea being utilized by another company, which sold it to Facebook for $80 Million and it continues to make money. I believe it was stolen and I have all legal documents to proof that it was my idea initially. I am just wondering if I have a case.
