Do I have a case if somebody steals my Iphone App idea?

Last year I shopped around my idea to develop an Iphone App on sites like elance and odesk. Each programmer I talked to signed a NDA concerning my app. I never got the app developed, but this year when I was checking the Apple store, I noticed my app in the store. It had the exact same name and concept. I did not trademark the name or the app so do I have a case?

Against whom? You do not explain how the developer of the app breached a duty to you.
