More details to this question:
There is a Company by the name of onlywire.com, they did a Fraud they are providing Link Building service, But their technology is not effective and when I realized that it is unable to Give me the Link Juice, and asked for Money back they are not refunding the Fund, What can we do against such a fraud Company They have embezzled my hard earned Money, and also they are using Google Brands, though Google is such a Big company they will never associate with such a small Company.
Is their body where I can register a Complaint online, I dont have much Money to Fight a Case.

Unfortunately, it is nearly impossible to resolve issues like this. If you paid for the service with a major credit card and received absolutely nothing in return, you can protest the charge to the credit card issuer.
