Hi,I have two needs: 1. I need a trademark lawyer to help me file for a trademark at the US Trademark Office. This is urgent. I Needs to be done today (Jan 4, 2015). 2. I need to consult with an IP attorney about how to file a complaint about a newly registered copyright at the US Copyright office.

You can fie your trademark online today at the US Patent and Trademark Site: www.uspto.gov/trademarks/tess. On the main trademark page there is a video of how to file with frequently asked questions.
As for copyright oppostion, almost every community in California has a number of IP attorneys to consult.
