I filed a fee dispute with an entertainment lawyer who mishandled my case, lost the arbitration and now don't have funds to hire a lawyer

I don't have a lot of money but I think I have a good contingency high profile case and have almost complete documentation. However the lawyer I hired misrepresented her background and brought in another lawyer who also was not physically available nor skilled in my area.I only got a badly written cease and desist letter out of the whole deal consisting of my text copy and pasted into the letter. She additionally tried to bill me another approx 10,000 plus interest for having to show up to the arbitration and for e-mails she had to read although she gave me no guidance what to send her and in fact told me send whatever you think necessary.That amount was dismissed but the arbitrator did not give me a dime in my favor. My questions are do I have any legal recourse since I feel $7000 is too much to have paid for a bad c & d letter, she gave me bad advice, threatened me, and harmed my case as she didn't recommend that I get a complete copy of the infringer's work when it was available.
